Performing a nightly backup of a companys computer data is not the same as creating an archive. One of the main differences is that to comply with most regulations, email messages, their attachments and IMs must be stored in their original formats, and no one should have the ability to alter their content. Legal Discovery Challenges
An email systems archive is fully searchable, greatly simplifying the eDiscovery process. Bad News
A smoking gun email, IM, or user file is found that implicates the company or confirms its guilt.
Good News
An email, IM, or user file is found that proves the company is innocent of wrongdoing in the case.
No News
No confirmation of guilt or innocence is found.
In all three outcomes, early knowledge is key. If bad news is indeed uncovered, its to the companys advantage to know this early on. Often the strategy is to settle on the case, thereby saving on legal fees. eDiscovery How It Works

I bought a Seagate Go-Free external hard drive for data backup purposes after extensive search on the internet about its reliability,price to value ratio and quality but there is a problem.Every once in a while when i connect it to the pc it does not recognize it (i've installed the driver)
when i ry to open it,it says Acces Denied.So i restart my computer,connect it again and the nit works but after a while th problem returns and today it almost gave me a heart attack when while copying some files to it it said failed to copy data and all data is lost i checked the folders and they were all empty .I then restarted it and thank God they were all there but i cant figure out what is the problem?Please Help!
Maybe it is not the drive but the USB port(s) on your computer

You must need the homebrew channel, ill be telling you how to install it right here and bealive me, this is going to be more easier then watching any other videos on how to intall it. STEP-BY-STEP. HOW TO GET HOMBREW CHANNEL!!!!
Requairments:
-sd card ( any size, i recommond 1G )
-Zelda Twilight Princess
-computer duh
Q: if your computer doesnt take sd cards?
A: buy an usb adapter that has a sd slot in the adapter.
Step-By-Step:
1. download this link, click user and wait 30 seconds:

2.Extract the folder using winrar ( dont have it, download it )
3.Copy everything in the foler
4.Put your sd card in the computer and open it to the root of the sd card. ( means the first page of the sd card )
5. Paste the copied thing you had copied
Q. What if I have stuff in there like movies and songs?
A. Doesnt matter, sd card wont be able to read it on the wii
6. Take out your sd card and put it in your wii
7. Go to your wii saved data and click sd card on the top right
8.it will might show 3 kinds of twilight hacks ( name of the hack )
- one will be USA
- other one will be EUR
- the last one will be JPN
9. pick the region that you are in and copy it to your wii
NOTE:if you have the zelda twilight princess saved data on your wii, you must delete it in order for the hack to be copied to your wii
10.Once its copied, put your zelda twilight game in and start it
11.There will be a saved data in slot one click that
12. when the game loads, it will show you, walk up to the guy and talk to him
13. The game will crash and a bunch of numbers will come ( its suppose to do that )
14.press 1 on your wiimote to install it ( it will say on the screen too )
15. once its done installating, it will go back to the wii menu
16. There you will see the HOMEBREW CHANNEL
oww my hands are cramping, ok now I will tell you again step-by-step how to put the Wiigator Backup Launcher Gamma V3.
Step-By- Step:
1. make sure you have downloaded the backup launcher ( link is already there but ill put it again )

this .Rar folder contains
- Ciso Installer
-backup launcher
2.extract the .rar folder using winrar ( if you dont have it, download it )
3.open the folder and it will show 2 separate folders:CIOS installer and Backup launcher
4. Copy both of them
5.put your sd card in your computer
6.go to the apps folder and paste the two folders in it
7. take your sd card out and put it in your wii
8.. go to the HOMEBREW CHANNEL
9..you will see both CISO installer and backup loader
10..click the ciso installer and begin the installion ( INTERNET REQUIRED ON THE WII )
11..If the install doesnt work it will say CODE DUMP, try again and again and again until it works
12.. after the install click the backuploader in the HOMEBREW CHANNEL and launch it from there
NOTE: the reason you need to install the CISO is because it will patch the backup launcher. If you didnt care and went to the backup launcher without the CISO intalled, it will show the backup loader but it wont work.
THERE YOU HAVE IT!
NOW YOU CAN PLAY BURNED GAMES ON THE WII.
note:put the burned game in before you go to the backup launcher.

Blamay we tried this already and nothing 
You might try it yourself! If the drive simply crashed due to a corrupt operating system, you might set it to slave and connect it to an operating PC. If so, you can copy any pertinent info from it.

One important feature of SpiderOak’s backup service is that older versions of a file are kept. So if you overwrite your thesis and don’t notice right away, restoring it from one of the many other backup services would give you the overwritten file. Only services which support Version History would give you the complete version, rather than the newest version (the overwritten one).
In addition, if you delete a file, it’s moved to your “Deleted Items” folder in SpiderOak, and is only removed if you delete it from there (via the SpiderOak software interface).
Like every other backup service, only the changes of the backup set are transmitted during a backup process. However, since SpiderOak runs across multiple computers, they have to go a bit further. Say you have two files on two different machines, which are 50% identical. One machine backs up the entire file, while the other machine only backs up the differences.
